We’ll move with intention, breathe with purpose, and make space for whatever you’re carrying—physically and emotionally. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more ready for birth, and stronger, whether you’re planning a home birth, a C-section, or anything in between.

This isn’t about “getting your body back.” (Your body never left!) It’s about reconnecting—to your core, your pelvic floor, your breath, your strength, and your SELF.

As a Body Ready Method® Pro, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, I weave together gentle, evidence-informed movement that helps rebuild stability, ease shoulder and neck tension (hi, feeding posture), and support your long-term recovery in a real, sustainable way. Whether you're 4 weeks or 4 years postpartum, this class is here for you. Babies in arms are always welcome, but you’re absolutely invited to come solo and soak in the quiet. Either way, we’ll make it comfy, cozy, and supportive.
