Appointment packages
Two appointment packages are available for families who need consistent care and follow up. All packages are non-refundable and do not expire–your care journey can take some time!
6-visit package
Includes six (6) 60-minute follow up visits with any provider of Be Well Baby of any service type.
12-visit package
Includes twelve (12) 60-minute follow up visits with any provider of Be Well Baby of any service type.
