Yes! I believe human bodies are meant to be fine-tuned. We should see our physical therapists at least every 6 months for a developmental check up throughout childhood, and for a postural check up throughout adulthood!

I would love to meet you for Prenatal Yoga or a Pelvic Floor PT session before your baby is born! Once baby comes, I am happy to help with lactation support as early as you need, and will screen for physical therapy needs as we work together. There is so much information I can share about stress, sleep, and motor development, and the earlier we start the better!
