These classes aren’t just about stretching (although yes, that feels amazing too). As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Body Ready Method® Pro, I’ve designed each class to meet the real needs of your changing body—think strength, mobility, pelvic floor connection, and positions that actually prepare you for birth.

We’ll move with intention, breathe with purpose, and make space for whatever you’re carrying—physically and emotionally. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more ready for birth, and stronger, whether you’re planning a home birth, a C-section, or anything in between.

Each class is designed for a specific symptom: carpal tunnel? SI joint pain? Want to prevent a diastasis? I’ve got you.

The best part?

Most of the classes are 10 minutes long! You have 10 minutes to move. I promise.

Postpartum yoga that gets what your body’s been through!

This isn’t about “getting your body back.” (Your body never left!) It’s about reconnecting—to your core, your pelvic floor, your breath, your strength, and your SELF.

As a Body Ready Method® Pro, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, I weave together gentle, evidence-informed movement that helps rebuild stability, ease shoulder and neck tension (hi, feeding posture), and support your long-term recovery in a real, sustainable way. We move, we breathe, we rest—because that’s the magic combo postpartum bodies crave.

The Beyond Birth Blueprint includes a curated postpartum yoga class for each week postapartum, starting with Week 1 where you should be moving in your bed… all the way to Week 6 where movement starts to feel really good.
