This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood

It doesn’t need to be complicated

  1. Take a deep breath before you get out of bed (maybe even smile)

  2. Stretch for 5 minutes in whatever way feels amazing

  3. Have a ritual beverage!

What do I mean by ritual beverage!? Basically anything with multiple ingredients that is warm that will help to get your day started.

  • Protein-rich Coffee

    • Decaf or regular coffee blended with

    • Butter

    • MCT oil

    • Egg yolk

    • Protein powder

  • Turmeric Tea

    • 1 tsp turmeric

    • 2 tsp lemon juice

    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

    • Small piece of fresh ginger
